Scrum Master

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple concurrent Data, AI, and Mobile Internet Banking projects across the entire lifecycle
• Establish and implement flexible project management methodologies combining Agile (Scrum) with traditional planning
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks unique to AI, including data quality and regulatory compliance
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and senior business stakeholders
• Manage large project budgets and resource allocation across teams
• Lead all Scrum ceremonies and monitor project KPIs for executive-level reporting

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience managing complex technology projects
• Proven success delivering enterprise-scale machine learning or data science projects
• Experience within the banking or financial services industry
• Strong functional understanding of the AI/ML development lifecycle and MLOps
• Proficiency in both Agile (Scrum) and traditional project management methodologies
• Experience managing budgets exceeding $1M and leading large, distributed teams
• Solid understanding of data privacy, security, and AI governance frameworks
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, or Azure DevOps

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or PSM
• Master's degree in a relevant technical or business field
• Experience coaching and mentoring junior team members
