About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as an Agile coach, mentoring and training engineering team members on best practices
- Foster a self-organizing, high-performing team culture through facilitation and coaching
- Guide teams in writing, splitting, and sizing sprints for maximum efficiency
- Identify impediments and dependencies, working proactively to resolve them
- Lead team retrospectives and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business value and define project scope
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure alignment with business plans and delivery timelines
- Plan project phases, resource allocation, and internal/external dependencies
- Identify risks and mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution
- Oversee sprint execution, manage scope changes, and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Provide clear and timely updates on project progress through reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
- 8-10 years of experience in project management and Agile execution
- 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master leading multiple teams of 10+ members
- Strong background in technology and software development lifecycle
- Experience in delivering complex digital projects in fast-paced environments
Preferred Qualifications
- E-commerce industry experience
- Hands-on development experience
