Job description
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Guide teams in Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe Agile practices
- Support backlog refinement, estimation, PI planning, story splitting, and capacity planning
- Track sprint commitments, velocity, quality, and impediments
- Partner with Product Owners to maintain a healthy backlog and continuous improvement
Requirements
- 6–12 years of experience
- Strong SAFe Agile expertise
- Experience leading Scrum and Kanban teams
- Knowledge of PI planning and capacity planning
- Advanced English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience improving team delivery in scaled Agile environments
