About the role
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Coach the team on Agile best practices and Scrum framework
- Remove obstacles that hinder the team's progress
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment
- Work closely with Product Owners to ensure clear backlog prioritization
- Track and report on team performance and progress
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to resolve conflicts and facilitate team collaboration
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification preferred
