About the role
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, live chat, SMS, and email using Gladly
- Handle inquiries regarding orders, exchanges, refunds, gift cards, and promotion codes
- Maximize sales through clienteling and styling consultations
- Encourage sign-ups for Jenni Kayne Rewards and social media engagement
- Ensure loss prevention in compliance with company policies
Requirements
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Availability to work during peak periods, including weekends and holidays
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in apparel or lifestyle e-commerce
- Proficiency with POS, CRM, Inventory Management systems, Gladly, and Shopify
- Strategic and innovative thinking with a results-driven approach
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
