Section Head – Strategy

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational objectives
• Conduct strategic analysis, benchmarking, and research to identify growth opportunities
• Prepare business cases, strategic reports, and presentations for senior management
• Monitor and track the implementation of strategic initiatives against KPIs
• Support organizational excellence, service excellence, and change management initiatives
• Lead service improvement projects and conduct root cause analysis on operational challenges
• Manage policy projects related to complaint resolution and consumer protection
• Perform horizon scanning to identify emerging regulatory and industry trends
• Manage, coach, and develop assigned team members to ensure departmental objectives are met

Requirements

• Master's degree
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience
• Proven experience in strategy, corporate excellence, or policy management
• Strong analytical and research capabilities
• Experience in people management and team leadership
