About the role
Responsibilities
- Patrolling: Walk or drive around assigned areas regularly to check doors, windows, and gates, and to deter illegal activity.
- Access Control: Verify visitor credentials, manage sign-in logs, and stop unauthorized people or vehicles from entering.
- Monitoring: Watch live CCTV feeds, check alarm systems, and test security equipment.
- Incident Response: Handle emergencies, de-escalate conflicts, evict trespassers, and contact police or fire departments when needed.
- Reporting: Write clear daily logs and detailed incident reports on damage, theft, or suspicious behavior.
What we look for
- Ability to patrol assigned areas
- Experience in access control
- Experience in CCTV monitoring
- Ability to handle incident response and de-escalation
