About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and maintain safety policies and procedures
- Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments and audits
- Lead safety training sessions for employees
- Investigate accidents, incidents and near-misses with corrective actions
- Maintain records of incidents, training, inspections and corrective actions
- Ensure availability and proper use of PPE
- Maintain pool cleanliness and safety standards
- Act as point of contact for safety matters and emergency preparedness
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years in a Safety Officer or HSE role
- Knowledge of health, safety and risk management regulations
- Experience with inspections, risk assessments and incident investigations
- Ability to prepare clear safety reports and compliance documentation
- Knowledge of PPE requirements and emergency response procedures
- Good communication skills in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety or related field
- Experience within luxury hospitality
