About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain security posts and access control points
- Greet and assist guests, visitors, staff, and contractors
- Conduct routine patrols to ensure safety and security standards are maintained
- Monitor entry and exit of personnel, deliveries, and equipment
- Provide escorts when required
- Respond to alarms, incidents, and suspicious activities
- Support safety and security inspections across the property
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a strong security presence
- Ensure compliance with JA Resorts & Hotels security policies and procedures
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- DPS / SIRA Certification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the security field
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
