Security Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations and the on-duty security personnel
• Protect the safety of guests, staff and hotel property
• Conduct regular patrols and checks on field officers and equipment
• Investigate incidents involving criminal acts, losses, accidents or staff misconduct
• Train new officers and deliver SOP briefings and exams
• Greet and assist guests as part of a service-oriented approach

Requirements

• 2-3 years in a similar role, ideally in a 5-star hotel
• At least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Post-secondary education
• Professional security qualifications
