About the role
Responsibilities
- Record cash receipts, credit card statements, invoices, and disbursements
- Perform bank and brokerage reconciliations and record journal entries
- Manage daily accounts payable and receivable processes
- Record weekly, monthly, and annual payroll expenses
- Monitor bill pay cycles and maintain support schedules
- Prepare and review vendor reports
- Assist in the preparation of client deliverables and project management
Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
- Expertise with Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks (Desktop or Online)
- Strong understanding of debits, credits, bank reconciliations, and general ledger accounts
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in business management or a family office environment
- Prior experience in Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable
