Responsibilities
- Act as the day-to-day conduit between clients and the agency
- Lead day-to-day client relationships and ensure business objectives are met
- Oversee substantial portfolios and manage complex project timelines
- Own the P&L for assigned accounts, including scoping and monthly forecasting
- Steer strategic direction and provide robust creative judgment
- Support senior leadership on new business pitches
- Coach and develop Senior Account Managers, Account Managers, and Account Executives
- Collaborate with Strategy, Creative, and Operations departments
Requirements
- Proven experience within a digital, social, or creative agency
- Deep knowledge of social media industry trends and platform developments
- Track record of managing financial responsibility and agency resource bookings
- Experience identifying and converting business development opportunities
- Ability to manage a substantial portfolio of accounts against deadlines and budgets
- Demonstrated experience in team leadership and people development
- Professional fluency in both Arabic and English is highly desired
