Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system by partnering with employers to redesign how healthcare works. Using proprietary clinical metrics and AI, Garner identifies high-performing doctors to help members access better care at lower costs.
Responsibilities
- Own revenue responsibilities for the Northeast territory (CT, MA, RI, NH, ME, VT, NJ, NY, PA, DE)
- Continue and expand existing broker relationships
- Develop foundational infrastructure and processes for tracking sales and partnership pipelines
- Manage the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to closing deals
Requirements
- Experience in a quota-carrying broker-channel sales role or experience as a broker
- Experience selling benefits-adjacent products
- Strong ability to present and communicate value propositions to external stakeholders
- Ability to work in a rapidly evolving startup environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare industry experience is a plus
