Job description

Responsibilities

  • Develop new enterprise accounts for AI software, IBM Maximo consulting, and professional services
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline across asset-intensive industries
  • Source, qualify, and present specialist Maximo talent to clients
  • Engage senior stakeholders in IT, operations, maintenance, and asset management
  • Maintain CRM records, candidate notes, and account activity
  • Support marketing outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and email campaigns

Requirements

  • Experience in IT recruitment, technical recruitment, or software sales
  • Strong business development and account management skills
  • Proven track record of meeting targets and KPIs
  • Confidence speaking with clients and senior decision-makers
  • Understanding of recruitment, consulting, SaaS, or professional services sales
  • Strong communication and relationship-building ability
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial, target-driven mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with IBM Maximo, IBM MAS, EAM, or CMMS
  • Background in enterprise software, AI, analytics, or digital transformation
  • Experience selling to enterprise or mid-market clients
  • Familiarity with contract, permanent, or project-based hiring
