Senior Account Executive, Social Media

Responsibilities

• Support the translation of client communications strategies and campaign plans into social media content pillars and posting plans
• Develop platform-specific content plans reflecting client objectives and audience needs
• Draft engaging English and Arabic captions for various social platforms
• Schedule and publish approved content across X, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Coordinate with creative teams to brief and finalize social media assets
• Manage community engagement by monitoring comments, messages, and mentions
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and platform updates
• Provide live social media coverage during client events
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
• Support influencer outreach including research and coordination

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in social media or digital marketing agency/client-service environments
• Experience with content calendars, publishing, reporting, and community management
• Strong English and Arabic writing skills for platform-specific copywriting
• Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools
