Senior Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day lead on the account, managing client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor
• Coordinate closely with the client's internal communications teams, leadership, and external stakeholders
• Support the development and execution of integrated communications strategies
• Provide strategic advisory on policy, AI, media landscape, and narrative positioning
• Oversee development of bilingual content including press releases, op-eds, and messaging frameworks
• Support execution of media engagement strategies and coordinate press events
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and reporting cycles for government programs
• Support reputation management and crisis communications readiness

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in communications, public affairs, or client servicing
• Experience managing complex projects, ideally within government environments
• Strong understanding of media relations and communications strategy
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
