About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and expand portfolio of district, charter network and state agency partners
- Create strategic account plans and stakeholder maps
- Build KYC profiles covering governance, budgets, funding and procurement
- Lead discovery into the educator workforce lifecycle
- Lead pricing discussions and contract negotiations with Legal and Finance
- Track expansion revenue, net revenue retention and renewal rate
Requirements
- 10+ years of complex, multi-stakeholder account management
- Direct K–12 sector experience
- Track record of renewing and expanding strategic accounts
- Working knowledge of K–12 funding, budget cycles and procurement
- Executive-level consultative selling skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to travel 50% or more
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Higher education or public sector experience
- HubSpot or Salesforce familiarity
