About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain long-term customer relationships at all levels
- Manage day-to-day and strategic account planning and results
- Identify new sales opportunities and provide consultative support
- Work internally with Estimation, Sourcing, and Marketing to deliver competitive proposals
- Collaborate with regional sales teams to ensure cohesive customer service
- Manage 4-8 large customer accounts with high growth potential
- Marshal cross-functional resources to address customer drivers
Requirements
- University Degree or equivalent
- 4+ years of relevant experience in Business Development for Oil & Gas/EPCs
- 3+ years experience selling system automation solutions (ICSS, PLCs preferred)
- Proven track record of closing deals >$250K
- Fluent in English
- Ability to travel up to 50%
