About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by analyzing account information
- Document financial transactions in the ERP/Accounting system
- Summarize financial status via balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports
- Ensure proper tax compliance and prepare VAT, CIT, and other tax returns
- Coordinate with auditors to finalize external financial audits
- Reconcile financial discrepancies and maintain internal accounting controls
- Support line manager with special projects and workflow process improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- Qualified or Part qualified CA, CPA, ACCA or similar
- 5+ years of experience in Corporate Accounting, general ledger, or project accounting
- 3 years of audit experience
- Experience working in a large organization or MNC
- Exposure to capital-intensive industries and multi-currency organization structures (SPCs/SPVs)
- Advanced MS Excel skills and PC proficiency
- Strong understanding of management accounting and end-to-end accounting processes
