About the role
Responsibilities
- Processing accounts payable, including invoice entry and supplier reconciliation
- Processing accounts receivable and following up on outstanding amounts
- Daily bank management and reconciliation
- Recording financial documents in accordance with internal procedures
- Reporting discrepancies or backlogs to the accounting team
- Supporting VAT processing where applicable
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance or Commerce
- Several years of experience as a senior accounting professional
- Thorough knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Experience with Business Central and/or Continia is required
- Experience with Belgian GAAP is a strong plus
- Knowledge of Peppol and Belgian VAT legislation is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Proficient spoken and written English
- Ability to align working hours with the European time zone (CET)
- Based in or able to work from the Dubai office

What we look for

- Experience with Business Central or Continia
