Senior Accountant

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Ensure compliance with local accounting regulations and financial reporting standards
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and variance analysis
• Support budget planning and forecasting activities
• Collaborate with auditors during internal and external audit processes
• Maintain and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, practices, and regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Filipino national
• CPA certification or equivalent preferred
