About the role
Responsibilities
- Own complex accounting, analysis and reporting for profit-sharing retrospective programs
- Manage key reconciliations and payout calculations
- Analyze program performance and provide insights to leadership
- Partner across Finance, Accounting and Program Management to resolve discrepancies
- Automate and optimize existing financial processes
- Serve as a resource to junior team members

- Experienced accounting professional
- Ability to translate complex agreements into accurate financial results
