About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end revenue operations from quotes to collections
- Reconcile discrepancies and track receivables
- Review accuracy against order forms and resolve issues with sales or customers
- Support revenue reporting by collaborating with accounting teams and reviewing SQL outputs
- Optimize systems like QuickBooks Online and Stripe through automation and process improvements
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding billing and payment status
Requirements
- 2+ years of accounting experience in U.S.-based companies
- Proven experience managing the full quote-to-cash revenue cycle
- Advanced proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Stripe
- Ability to review SQL query outputs for accuracy
- Strong problem-solving and reconciliation skills
- Experience with process improvements and system upgrades
- Familiarity with startup accounting practices
- Professional fluency in English
- Proactive, detail-oriented self-starter
