Senior Administrative Officer

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee administrative operations across academic and student-related activities
• Monitor and improve administrative processes and procedures
• Coordinate academic and operational planning, scheduling and documentation
• Oversee records and documentation management for compliance and confidentiality
• Prepare and review reports and data on college operations
• Coordinate with faculty, administrative staff and central units
• Support implementation of institutional policies and governance frameworks
• Monitor service delivery and operational performance
• Guide and support administrative staff
• Coordinate stakeholder communication and engagement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a relevant field
