Senior Admissions Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement admissions strategies, policies, and procedures
• Coordinate outreach, marketing, and engagement activities to attract prospective students
• Handle applicant inquiries and provide front-line assistance throughout the admissions cycle
• Administer and maintain application systems and portals
• Receive and process undergraduate, graduate, and international applications
• Verify applicant documents, transcripts, test scores, and credential evaluations
• Coordinate international admissions, immigration requirements, and visa compliance
• Issue admission offers and supervise communications with successful applicants
• Gather admissions and enrollment data to support forecasting and strategy

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with minimum 8 years experience, at least 4 in a supervisory position
• Master's degree with minimum 6 years experience, at least 2 in a supervisory position

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in a relevant field
