Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the affiliate marketing channel strategy, operating plan, forecast, and performance
• Source, qualify, and close direct partnerships with publishers, content creators, and comparison sites
• Design and negotiate CPA, CPL, fixed-fee, and hybrid deals
• Define and improve the funnel from click and sign-up through funded investor and retention metrics
• Build partner- and cohort-level reporting covering acquisition cost, revenue, and retention
• Test placements, content, landing pages, and localized messaging
• Apply country-specific financial-promotion rules and execute approval workflows with Legal and Compliance

Requirements

• Expert in at least one partner management platform (e.g., Impact, Awin, Partnerize, CJ)
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets and BI dashboard experience
• AI fluency for data analysis, partner research, and content review
• Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in German
