About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) layer and agentic AI capabilities
- Design, build, and optimize systems connecting LLMs to grounded data
- Enable AI to take intelligent actions in real-world workflows
- Partner with leadership to identify, scope, and deliver agentic AI use cases
- Collaborate in shaping the AI roadmap
- Contribute to the commercialization of AI products and internal AI capabilities
Requirements
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Experience with agentic AI capabilities
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Experience with system design and optimization
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration and roadmap planning
