About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and user needs for AI-enabled digital experiences
- Translate strategic vision into actionable product roadmaps, epics, features, and user stories
- Own and continuously refine the product backlog in Jira
- Provide clear product direction and timely decisions to Agile development teams
- Lead or participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and sprint reviews
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and security partners to deliver AI features
- Ensure AI use cases address privacy, security, and responsible AI guardrails
- Define testable acceptance criteria and support product validation
- Monitor delivery progress and communicate status and tradeoffs to stakeholders
- Gather user feedback and use insights to recommend roadmap adjustments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analysis or a relevant field
- Minimum of 10 years of product owner, product management, business analysis, or Agile delivery experience
- Advanced proficiency using Jira
- Demonstrated experience delivering AI features in digital applications
- Working knowledge of privacy and responsible AI guardrails
- Excellent written, verbal, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Product Owner certification
