Senior Analyst, Business Analytics

Responsibilities

• Source, validate, and maintain data from Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) and other banking systems
• Perform ad hoc analytics and deep-dive analyses to support business decision-making
• Develop and deliver management reports, dashboards, and performance packs
• Drive reporting automation and business intelligence initiatives using Power BI and other tools
• Monitor and report on CRM campaign effectiveness and lead management performance
• Track and provide insights on digital customer journeys and sales funnel performance
• Collaborate with business, technology, and compliance teams to support strategic projects
• Conduct proactive business performance analysis and provide actionable recommendations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Reporting, or Decision Support within the banking sector
• Strong understanding of Consumer Banking products and business models
• Proficiency in SQL and advanced Microsoft Excel
• Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, OBIEE, or Business Objects
• Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data governance principles is preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
