About the role
Responsibilities
- Enable CEO Office decisions by analyzing performance data and tracking directives
- Recommend service-development improvements based on performance insights
- Oversee committee schedules, agendas, and action registers
- Track incoming/outgoing correspondence for the CEO and maintain official records
- Review service development plans and validate data/change requests
- Provide analytical reports to the Executive Office for decision making
- Analyze and consolidate performance data from Licensing Agency units
- Maintain a database of CEO visit recommendations and prepare executive summaries
- Close audit comments via the Risk Self Assessment (RSA) platform
- Monitor committee performance via the Committee Tracking System (CTS)
- Recommend enhancements to reporting templates and data quality
Requirements
- Diploma, Bachelor's, or Master's degree
- 3+ years experience with a Master's degree
- 5+ years experience with a Bachelor's degree
- 11+ years experience with a Diploma
Preferred Qualifications
- Project management credentials (PMP/PRINCE2)
- Project management fundamentals
