Senior Analyst, Commercial Finance

Responsibilities

• Own the development and refinement of revenue and commercial operating expense forecasts
• Lead analyses of actual results against plan and identify key drivers of variance
• Manage deliverables for annual operating planning, long-range planning, and scenario analysis
• Develop and improve financial models and analytical tools to inform business decisions
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and actionable insights
• Create executive and Board-level materials, including financial analyses and narratives
• Lead financial modeling and business-case development for commercial initiatives
• Partner with Commercial, FP&A, Accounting, and Enterprise Analytics stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field
• Relevant experience in FP&A, investor relations, strategic finance, or management consulting
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and business-case-development skills
• Experience analyzing revenue, volume, and unit economics
• Advanced analytical capabilities with large and complex datasets
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills for executive communication
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, laboratory testing, life sciences, or reimbursement
• Experience supporting Board-level materials
