Senior Analyst, FP&A and Business Planning & Strategy

Responsibilities

• Build and own the business plan, annual budget, and rolling forecast using integrated three-statement models
• Maintain model integrity through clear inputs, calculations, and version control
• Evaluate feasibility and investment cases for new business verticals and markets
• Analyze performance versus plan and provide quantified recommendations to leadership
• Build finance reports and dashboards using SQL and BI tools
• Prepare and present materials for the Board, GM, and Group CFO
• Lead process improvement and workflow automation including AI-assisted analysis

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in FP&A, business planning, strategy, consulting, or corporate finance
• Expert-level Excel and financial modelling skills (building models from scratch)
• Advanced data extraction and analysis using SQL (Postgres or BigQuery preferred)
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
• Strong presentation skills in PowerPoint or Google Slides
• Solid understanding of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and working capital
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a quantitative field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in automotive, marketplaces, e-commerce, or lending
• Python or other data tools
• Professional qualification or MBA (CFA, CA, CMA, ACCA)
• Experience with GCC markets and multi-currency models
• Experience leading or mentoring analysts
