About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Business Unit through HR data analysis and reporting
- Translate insights into actionable requirements to support HR management, governance, and decision-making
- Deliver Business Unit and organizational-level HR reports
- Maintain HR Power BI dashboards to ensure accurate and timely information
- Provide quality control by reviewing HR data for compliance with KPIs, policies, SOPs, and SLAs
What we look for
- HR data analysis and reporting experience
- Proficiency in Power BI
- Experience with HR governance and compliance
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights
