Senior Analyst, Reporting & Analytics

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business partners to gather reporting and analytics requirements
• Validate the accuracy and quality of data within analytics outputs
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to transform raw data into metrics and insights
• Design and create analytics dashboards and operational reports using Power BI
• Train end users on newly deployed dashboards
• Manage internal and external timelines for data reporting
• Identify and track issues with reports, including logic defects and data quality problems
• Maintain documentation of existing reports and dashboards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, data science, statistics, public health, economics, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in a reporting or health economics environment in healthcare
• 1+ years developing dashboards and reports utilizing BI tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Strong SQL skills; expertise in Python is preferred
• Experience developing data models or partnering with data engineering teams
• Healthcare industry experience, value-based care preferred
• Working understanding of healthcare privacy and security practices
• Experience with healthcare data (EMR and/or claims) preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with required internet speeds
