Senior Analyst, Structured Finance

Responsibilities

• Construct, maintain, review, and operate complex financial models
• Conduct financial analysis and perform quality reviews
• Explain financial models and associated analysis to internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders including lenders and equity partners
• Support bank relationship models and Treasury operations
• Support in-house financial risk management activities
• Manage relationships with service level providers
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of unit systems, policies, and procedures

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in financial modelling and/or project financing
• Experience at a market-leading investment bank, advisory firm, developer, or financial sponsor
• Knowledge of corporate and structured finance, trade finance, and debt capital markets instruments
• Ability to lead and conduct complex financial modelling, valuation, and financial analysis
• Understanding of local and global financial markets and economics

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or relevant Master degree from a top-tier institution
• Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Law, STEM, or related field
• GPA of 3.5+ or equivalent
• Experience in the global power and renewable energy sectors
