Senior Analytics Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, evolution, and maintenance of complex pipelines, ensuring scalability, reliability, observability, and automation
• Lead the definition and evolution of complex analytical and semantic models, integrating multiple sources and domains
• Define and guide the use of data stack tools, including orchestration, ingestion, and transformation
• Establish systemic standards for quality, testing, and reliability to ensure predictability and sustainability
• Translate business needs into technical modeling rules, working directly with business areas

Requirements

• Advanced SQL
• Deep knowledge of dimensional modeling (Star Schema/Snowflake Schema)
• Proficiency in dbt
• Experience with Cloud Data Warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or Databricks)
• Use of Git/GitHub for version control and collaboration
• Ability to translate business requirements into data transformation rules

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical reference in the use of AI tools applied to data engineering to improve productivity and cost efficiency
