Senior Art Director

Responsibilities

• Define and champion the overall creative vision, standards, and philosophy across all projects
• Develop innovative creative concepts, campaign platforms, and brand experiences
• Contribute to business growth through creative input for pitches and proposals
• Direct end-to-end creative development across campaigns, brand identities, and event concepts
• Lead cross-functional collaboration between designers, copywriters, and production teams
• Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines and organizational standards
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to creative teams

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in creative leadership roles within agencies
• Proven experience leading integrated campaigns and brand development projects
• Exceptional conceptual thinking and creative storytelling abilities
• Deep understanding of experiential marketing and spatial design
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management capabilities
• Experience with events, exhibitions, or immersive brand environments is highly desirable
