Responsibilities

• Collaborate with writing partners to develop insight-driven creative concepts and execute visual design
• Create and guide visually appealing designs and concepts for social and digital campaigns
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with client contacts and become an expert on brand culture
• Partner with Design, Copywriting, Motion, and Production teams to refine processes and elevate work quality
• Lead the development and presentation of pitch materials for major and complex campaigns
• Support photo and video shoots through occasional travel

Requirements

• 5+ years of creative agency or production company experience
• Extensive hands-on design experience with the ability to provide pixel-perfect feedback
• Familiarity with motion graphics and ability to direct motion designers
• Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to solve complex marketing challenges, specifically for digital and social-first projects
• Ability to tell engaging stories using UI features and visuals
• Proficiency in keeping up with industry developments and AI tools
• Willingness to travel for photo and video shoots (less than 10% of the year)

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on brand design experience
• Hands-on motion design experience
• Experience promoting tech services and products
• Experience working with tech or well-recognized international brands
