Senior Art Director

Responsibilities

• Lead visual direction and craft for integrated campaigns spanning experiential, retail/POS, print, OOH and digital
• Partner with copywriters to concept big, cohesive campaign ideas from scratch
• Develop extensible campaign Key Visuals as foundational visual identity for social and multi-channel adaptations
• Embed generative AI tools into creative pipelines to visualize concepts and streamline asset adaptation
• Direct photoshoots, CGI pipelines and retouching, creating precise briefs for production specialists
• Oversee production quality with vendors and production partners
• Present creative concepts and craft rationales to senior client stakeholders
• Partner cross-functionally to safeguard visual consistency and brand guidelines

Requirements

• Full professional fluency in Arabic and English, written and spoken
• 8+ years of creative agency experience leading BTL and social-first campaigns
• Award-caliber portfolio showing conceptual depth and scalable visual systems
• Hands-on proficiency with generative AI tools
• Deep cultural intelligence across Dubai and the wider MEA region
• Exceptional presentation, client leadership and storytelling capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience art directing motion design, 3D/CGI or immersive experiences
• Prior experience in global creative network agencies
• Relevant degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication or Advertising
