Senior Asset Operation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, test, and onboard new tokens and blockchain assets, including mainnet deployment and parameter configuration
• Monitor asset operational status and coordinate with Wallet, Security, and Finance teams to ensure fund safety and liquidity
• Manage post-listing operations including contract upgrades, token renaming, and asset repricing
• Drive asset activity and trading volume growth through collaboration with Marketing and Brand teams
• Monitor and respond to asset-related risk events such as chain abnormalities or price anomalies
• Prepare asset evaluation documents covering revenue potential, cost structure, and risks
• Design and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) for asset onboarding and risk handling

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Blockchain, or related fields
• At least 2 years of experience in crypto asset operations or project management
• Solid knowledge of major public blockchains, stablecoins, and RWA
• Understanding of digital asset regulatory frameworks and compliance
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze trading volume, AUM, and yield performance
• Fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken and written)
• High resilience and strong problem-solving skills
