About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the Prestige Beauty Panel update, consolidating diverse data into a single Power BI database
- Produce monthly and quarterly reports on market size, shares, and key trends
- Develop and maintain local and regional beauty market models with a GCC focus
- Collect and verify market estimates for UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, and Oman
- Analyse brand performance, retail events, e-commerce trends, and store openings or closures
- Develop market projections and monitor industry developments in the Middle East and beyond
- Present findings to senior management and external partners
- Manage specific brands and handle ad-hoc requests from stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's in business, data analytics, marketing, economics, or related field
- 4+ years as a market intelligence analyst or equivalent, beauty industry preferred
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
- Strong analytical skills and market research methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects
