Senior Associate - Business Solutions

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams
• Design and deliver business solutions including process improvements and technology implementations
• Lead project teams through planning, execution, and monitoring
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Identify and mitigate risks and develop contingency plans
• Mentor and coach junior team members

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in business solutioning or consulting
• Proven track record of delivering solutions that drive growth and efficiency
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong project management skills
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
