About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive central process management and design/manage comprehensive MIS dashboards for performance tracking
- Serve as the primary liaison with banks, borrowers, and ecosystem partners regarding documentation and query resolution
- Oversee program management for Yubi Loans internal processes to ensure continuous improvement
- Handle invoice processing and monitor payment schedules to ensure timely realization
- Analyze data trends to communicate insights for managerial decision making
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field
- 4 to 7 years of proven experience in process management and stakeholder coordination
- Proficiency in MIS reporting using Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret dashboards and reports
- Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with invoice processing and financial operations
