Senior Associate - Enablement

Responsibilities

• Drive central process management and design/manage comprehensive MIS dashboards for performance tracking
• Serve as the primary liaison with banks, borrowers, and ecosystem partners regarding documentation and query resolution
• Oversee program management for Yubi Loans internal processes to ensure continuous improvement
• Handle invoice processing and monitor payment schedules to ensure timely realization
• Analyze data trends to communicate insights for managerial decision making

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field
• 4 to 7 years of proven experience in process management and stakeholder coordination
• Proficiency in MIS reporting using Excel and Google Sheets
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret dashboards and reports
• Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with invoice processing and financial operations
