About the role
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of client engagements from planning to completion
- Prepare or review work papers and drafts of financial statements
- Produce client deliverables, including drafting reports for management review
- Take part in audit planning discussions to identify audit risks
- Supervise, train and mentor associates and interns on the audit process
- Use artificial intelligence, advanced analytics and data visualizations
- Engage proactively with clients and offer strategic recommendations
Requirements
- Experience working on complex audits and delegating workloads
- Comfortable using audit software and Microsoft Office
- Strong technical accounting skills, confident in IFRS
- Ability to supervise staff and lead projects
- Willingness to work additional hours and travel as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with group audits
