Responsibilities

• Source potential investments through network, research, and proactive outreach
• Conduct in-depth due diligence on protocols, teams, markets, and token models
• Build financial models, analyze on-chain data, and prepare investment memos
• Support deal negotiation, term sheet drafting, and closing processes
• Monitor and support existing portfolio companies, including performance tracking and founder assistance
• Contribute to market research, thesis development, and internal reporting
• Assist in pipeline management and weekly updates on opportunities

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in venture capital, investment banking, private equity, or crypto operations/research
• Proficiency in on-chain tools such as Dune or Nansen
• Strong understanding of token economics and market trend analysis
• Ability to evaluate early-stage crypto projects and identify emerging narratives
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Crypto-native mindset with active ecosystem participation
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
