About the role
Responsibilities
- Configure campaigns accurately in the Loyalty Management System (LMS)
- Execute end-to-end campaign testing including eligibility and rewards
- Coordinate complex builds with vendors and platform partners
- Manage escalated member cases involving account access and redemptions
- Support UAT and end-to-end validation for new features and integrations
- Support the onboarding of new sponsors and partners
- Maintain operational trackers and prepare regular reports
- Maintain SOPs, playbooks, and FAQs
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in loyalty, CRM, campaign operations, or retail operations
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience with loyalty/CRM platforms and ticketing tools preferred
- Experience with UAT and system validation
