About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead coverage across assigned MENA-listed companies and sectors
- Build and maintain advanced financial models with detailed forecasts and scenario analyses
- Produce investment theses and research reports with buy/sell/hold recommendations
- Monitor company disclosures, earnings results, and macroeconomic developments
- Conduct management meetings and engage with sell-side analysts
- Prepare and present investment proposals for the Investment Committee
- Maintain up-to-date valuation and peer-comparison tables
- Generate new investment ideas across MENA markets
- Collaborate with the Portfolio Manager to assess portfolio exposures and risk factors
- Stay updated on regulatory, economic, and geopolitical changes in MENA markets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or applicable area of study
- 10 years of total experience in equity research, investment analysis, or portfolio management
- At least 6 years covering UAE and broader GCC markets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic
- Proficiency with Bloomberg, Eikon, and MS Office
