Senior Associate, Network Analytics

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end roster operations, including contract accuracy review and payer submission gatekeeping
• Build and sustain expertise across market practices, provider hierarchies, and payer alignments
• Produce network maps, analytics, and insights to inform strategy
• Manage complex Excel-based rosters and maintain data across Salesforce and SharePoint
• Partner with Technology teams to support system design, UAT, and build validation for roster data
• Identify and redesign inefficient network operations workflows
• Collaborate with Practice Operations to gather roster updates and support new practice onboarding

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in consulting, data and analytics, or healthcare operations
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field
• Advanced Excel skills for managing large, complex datasets
• Proficiency in Salesforce or a comparable CRM
• Strong analytical ability to interpret trends and translate findings into actionable summaries
• Exceptional attention to detail and high accuracy standards
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with healthcare systems, payer/provider dynamics, and primary care operations
• Experience in a growth-stage or startup environment
