Senior Associate - PMO

Responsibilities

• Drive successful implementation of the EPMO team's strategy, services, and deliverables
• Establish frameworks and standards for Project and Program Management
• Support the end-to-end process of identification, development, prioritization, and implementation of strategic projects
• Determine key steps and milestones in coordination with Business Owners
• Identify interdependencies between initiatives and manage risks and escalations
• Report project progress, achievements, and challenges to Management
• Manage assigned EPMO manpower and conduct regular manpower planning and allocation
• Provide support to business owners to uplift the quality of project plans and artifacts
• Review quality and performance reports and perform Quality Assurance on deliverables
• Manage and monitor change requests to ensure adherence to approved policies
• Define training needs for initiative teams and monitor effectiveness
• Support the delivery and monitoring of ad hoc strategic and special business projects
• Conduct research, analysis, and other strategic activities in collaboration with the Strategy team

Requirements

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in a Project Management Office (PMO) role
• Experience managing the complete lifecycle of projects with teams of 5 to 25 people
• Experience managing PMO within the Real Estate sector or corporate departments in a holding structure
• Proven track record leading implementations in disciplines such as CX, Procurement, HR, Marketing, Data, Innovation, or Process Improvement
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a relevant field
• Proficiency in Project Management, Strategic Planning, Research, and Analysis
• Leadership skills
• AI prompting and document production skills are highly advantageous
